Total EVLA is the most modern minimally invasive method for the comprehensive treatment of chronic venous disease.
Until recently, a combination of different techniques (laser ablation, sclerotherapy, microphlebectomy, etc.) was used for different types of varicose veins – depending on their location, tortuosity, size, wall thickness, etc.).
