Total Endovenous laser ablation

Total EVLA is the most modern minimally invasive method for the comprehensive treatment of chronic venous disease.

Until recently, a combination of different techniques (laser ablation, sclerotherapy, microphlebectomy, etc.) was used for different types of varicose veins – depending on their location, tortuosity, size, wall thickness, etc.). With the advancement of technology and the improvement of the technique, laser ablation can now be applied to all types of varicose (diseased) veins of the extremities and the procedure is called Total EVLA.
